The tiny home will not feel so tiny once inside. With high ceilings, plenty of windows, and surprisingly spacious rooms - it is the perfect hideaway for those wanting to unplug in Muskoka. The three season, screened in porch invites you to enjoy your coffee (or wine!) in nature without being bothered by the mosquitos!

As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. Welcome to our farm on 10-acres of woods just 10 min drive off hwy 11! This is a 3 bedroom home nestled among trees & trails and less than 2 km to swimming and a boat launch at Eagle Lake. Sharing your outdoors and living free range close to the house lives 10 chickens and 21 goats. Please note there is no internet or Wi-Fi service due to limited options, however cell phone internet is available.
