Our Garden Home is a large, private 2-bedroom daylight basement with beautiful views of Mt. Hood. The exterior has its own very private garden area with lush vegetation and lots of shade, a covered patio to relax and stay cool, and a BBQ for those summer dinners outside . The 1,400sq ft space is flooded with light from the many windows on the east, south and west sides, and always stays very fresh and comfortable all year round, it is one of the nicest daylight basements to be found :)

Our Retreat is surrounded by mature Fir, Oak, and Maple trees and frequented by the local wildlife. We are excited to share this space with you. Fully stocked kitchen! We use scent-free laundry soap and cleaning supplies. Washer/Dryer. Deck with fire pit table and gas grill. Nectar mattress is SO COMFORTABLE!

One bedroom apartment attached to our home. Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Free WiFi, off street parking in quiet rural setting. Access to our game room with pool table, patio and gardens, We are dog friendly. Great area for biking and hiking, close to Goldendale Observatory, Maryhill Museum and the wineries of the Gorge. The White Salmon River house is a beautiful paradise on the Wild and Scenic White Salmon River. The home is located on over 6 acres of private, mature forest along the river, just 15 minutes from White Salmon, WA. This secluded retreat is the perfect base for your rafting or Columbia River Gorge adventures. We both worked and met at the nearby rafting company, Wet Planet Whitewater. We highly recommend a rafting trip during your stay! ***10/1/2023 WE HAVE ADDED A HOT TUB!!!

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

Our 1920s cabin is nestled in the woods along the White Salmon River. 4 people max and be sure to read details about sleeping arrangements. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (one queen and one full bed are upstairs in each bedroom, and one full size couch is downstairs). A couple with 1-2 kids can easily work too. What doesn’t work are 4 adults who need to sleep separately - that means doubling up in one of the beds. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.
