Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

This large open house is nestled in 3 acres of peaceful woods for a stress-free get-away. Enjoy time with family and friends, or work remotely with highspeed Wi-fi and desks. We're 5 mins to the seaside village of Langley, with cafes, art galleries and shops. A winery is literally across the street.

QUEEN BEDROOM/LOFT w/small bathroom and BUNK BEDROOM with nearby downstairs bathroom that was just remodeled. DECK w/seating for 8 when weather allows and a year-round BBQ.
