Enjoy the tranquillity of this uniquely designed octagonal chalet, set high on Weedon Hill in a natural Australian bush setting. Inlet glimpses, sounds of the ocean, sunrises, abundant birdlife and native bush vistas from every window are but a few of the wonders you will experience. With large windows throughout your experience of the outdoors is intensified in this cosy wooden cottage with woodfire for extra warmth & coziness. Only 3km from town centre, however feels like you are miles away.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic Windows Estate vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. Breathe in the trees , listen to the birdsongs, reconnect with nature & the elements. Take a mini break from the hustle & bustle with this unique and tranquil getaway. Ground yourself earthing out & stargazing. Visit the estuary for some crabbing, walks, surf fishing at Preston Beach or visit the local wineries. The cabin is off grid with a bio gas toilet & bidet. The experience is kinda like glamping as the cabin is rustic with some luxuries. No TV or wifi - a simple get away of less.

Nannup River Cottages - Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. One pet allowed only with prior arrangement with owner. Your pet will need to be an a leash whilst outside as free range poultry and wildlife and is not to be left on property unattended by owners. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or bedding You will need to bring own bedding. On occasion two pets allowed if accommodation is not busy. Guests who bring pets without prior notice may will be asked to vacate premises.

The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!
