A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.
