This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This is a true Luxury floating home over looking Moon Lake on the Ouachita River. Park your boat under a covered slip right next to the cabin. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing get-a-way including kayaks, charcoal grill, parking for boat trailer and vehicle. We have a 35 year old minimum age limit and do not allow groups. Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
