Come Relax and catch some fish at this peaceful country cottage. 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. 2 king size beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed. Has everything you need to come and relax and enjoy your time on the water. Boat dock with 2 boat slips and a fish cleaning table. A game room for the kids. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Lake Claiborne and Lake D'Arbonne are nearby, for fishing or watersport, and there is ample parking for the boat. Situated on 6.5 acres of a variety of trees, the property includes a hiking path around the perimeter, a seasonal creek, and occasional wildlife. Plenty of parking, inclusive of two covered spaces and room for an RV if needed. Very special and unique features for the area.

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

There are trails to hike, a creek to visit, and nature to commune with. We are 8 miles from Lake D’Arbonne, 10 miles from West Monroe, and 22 miles from Ruston. Well behaved pets are welcome as we are animal lovers ourselves. Solitude offers a great alternative to city life. Come relax by the fire, enjoy the sunsets, hike, or just rest.

Visiting our area for the holidays or special events? This property is less than a mile from the interstate, West Monroe Sports Complex, Kiroli Park, Ike Hamilton Expo Center restaurants, shopping, and Glenwood Medical Center. So what does a Treasure Bay look like in a Small Southern Louisianan town. Calm, serene, peaceful, beautiful and just right for you. This newly renovated, spacious residence has all of the amenities that we feel one should be able to utilize as if this was Your home. This residence is in a colder-sack and sits right on the bank of the pond where the locals often fish, duck hunt and hunt for frogs. Hope you Njoy!

Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
