Magical tree house nestled among oaks on our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games. Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. FIFA guests....we're a great option for your trip. We're an easy 80 minute drive from Arrowhead Stadium. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this quaint farm cottage just two miles west of Carrollton off Highway 10. Completely renovated in ‘22, this 3 bedroom home is perfect for a family, friends or just a quiet getaway. Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

The Circle O Lodge is located in North Central Missouri not far from historic Highway 36 and Walt Disney's boyhood home of Marceline. Families and small groups will enjoy the Circle O Lodge for its natural beauty and relaxing qualities. It is conveniently located near several local attractions. The lodge is situated on 60 acres of mixed terrain and features hardwood forests, open grasslands, 2 1/2 acre fishing pond and 15 acres of wetlands.

Get away from it all with a stay in this cozy cottage out in the middle of serene farm land. Cuddle up by the fire with a good book. Take a walk down to the pond. Enjoy spectacular bird watching. An artists and photographers dream. Enjoy watching the animals in the morning & take in a gorgeous sunset in the evening. Rustic and homey. It's a real farm after all. Your boots will get muddy but the smiles will be sunny.

The Snugly Pug

The Snugly Pug is an entire apartment attached to my rural farmhouse. Located three miles southeast of Norborne, it's a peaceful and quiet place to relax and unwind. The two level loft apartment has its own entrance and a private deck surrounded by fields and countryside. A queen bed is located in the upstairs loft and a queen sofa bed is on the ground floor, a long with a kitchenette, bathroom and dining area.

Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.

Enjoy this beautiful second floor apartment in the heart of historic Excelsior Springs within easy walking distance to great restaurants, breweries and shopping. Catch the trolley for a wine tour, visit the historic Hall of Waters or enjoy one of the many fun downtown events. Just 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City. This is a great option for couples, solo adventurers or the business traveler.

Quilters Getaway

This dreamy tiny home is the perfect getaway. Located just 8 miles from the Quilt Town of Hamilton. Featuring a twin size daybed/sofa on the main level and a full size bed in the loft. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. TV with DVD player (and movies to pick from) and a nice selection of books. Located on a 1/2 acre lot with a park across the street and library a block away.
