Welcome to “Erie,” one of 6 Cottages at “The Herons Nest.” This charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage, which sleeps 5, features vaulted ceilings and an adorable loft space with a Twin XL platform bed. The cozy living area includes a Full-Size sofa sleeper. Each cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. Step inside to find beautiful hickory hardwood floors, modern tiled bathrooms, and your own private deck with a grill for outdoor dining.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Within walking distance to downtown Watervliet which hosts a brewery and a few restaurants. A mile and a half from Lake Paw Paw and a fifteen minute drive to the beaches on Lake Michigan. Not only do you have a spacious house to relax in, there is, also, a huge backyard to grill, play games, and unwind after a day of fun. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. The maximum occupancy is 7 and it will be strictly enforced.

Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

Located above the area’s hottest new restaurant, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA urban loft features classic finishes - exposed brick, high ceilings, maple floors, and quartz countertops. Cozy, comfortable quarters directly above the Houndstooth restaurant provide a fantastic opportunity to get a “taste” of the Benton Harbor Arts District. Muffled sounds of music and activity from the restaurant below are often present in the loft during evening hours. Some guests may find this objectionable.

Stay in a 2nd story private suite in a modern farmhouse where we reside on a family farm in Amish country. Guests have the entire 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, a private bath, and a sitting room. Welcome to The Candy Loft in Benton Harbor's Arts District! This 1BR/1.5BA condo boasts exposed brick, a king bed, and an oversized river rock shower in a spa-like bathroom illuminated by a skylight. The chef’s kitchen features a luxe Kitchenaid gas range, and an air mattress adds extra sleeping space. Housed in a historic candy factory, with an office in a former elevator shaft, it’s walking distance to restaurants, a brewery, and a coffee shop. Note: on the 2nd floor, stairs required.

TINY studio for ONE. Non-smoking inside & out. Our typical guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.
