'The Bower' is located in lush gardens in the historic village of Mt Kembla. This stylish bungalow is the perfect relaxing retreat or home base to explore the Illawarra and South Coast. Welcome to ‘Casa Pequena’ - a fully contained tiny house nestled in our private yard in quiet Barrack Heights - 1.5kms from Shellharbour Beaches and the new Shellcove Marina and 3kms to the Shellharbour City Centre. When hosting pets - please be mindful space is limited - we prefer small pets and one per stay - please reach out to discuss before booking. We have two chickens who are in a coop when we have guests - please be mindful they are visible and well mannered doggies are a must.

Fishing, surfing, diving, bike riding or just exploring our parks, Lake, and heritage areas. There is something for everyone. We are dog friendly at owners discretion.
