The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located end unit condo! Benny's Bungalow in Five Points, Hyde Park area is renovated, cozy, and relaxing! The condo lives large while being compact, with TVs, ceiling fans, mirrored closets, queen bed in guest room, king bed and desk in the master bedroom. Bright and open living area w/ fully renovated bath and kitchen makes living simple! Enjoy the quiet outdoor area w/ seating, and walkable to restaurants, bars, and breweries! Pet friendly!

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

This charming retreat is a minute’s walk to Falls Dam, the Neuse River, and the Greenway, with miles of trails for you to explore. This 1901 bungalow still maintains much of its historic charm, though it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. **We charge a separate $30 per pet/per night fee AFTER you book.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Enjoy your time in this newly constructed, beautifully furnished, fully stocked, not so tiny, tiny home. Nestled in between the Mordecai and Historic Oakwood neighborhoods, this property is in a peaceful neighborhood close to everything in Raleigh. From the property you can walk to the Oakwood dog park or Raleigh's best coffee shop (the Optimist) OR take a quick Uber to Person St, S Glenwood or your favorite downtown location.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
