Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

Podere Casalino is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse with a stand alone guest-suite. It sleeps up to six in the 3 bedrooms of the main house plus up to 2 guests in the separate guest-suite. Nestled on a panoramic hill and located just 3.8 km from Volterra, Podere Casalino is easily accessible via a paved road and has private parking onsite. The property was completely restored and preserved 25 years ago and updated again in 2025.
