One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Schneewittchen Schlosshof

Located in Fiè allo Sciliar/Völs am Schlern, the holiday apartment "Schlosshof Schneewittchen" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. The 38 m² property includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as heating. In addition, an ironing board, an iron, a baby cot and a high chair are provided upon request.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Un monolocale con soppalco dal carattere unico, arredato con cura in ogni dettaglio, offre 4 posti letto, un moderno angolo cottura con lavastoviglie e un ampio bagno con doccia. Terrazzino privato rivolto a Sud/Ovest nell'area di ingresso. Il monolocale si trova nell'edificio adiacente al principale. La location perfetta per visitare la città o per godersi la quiete della natura. Cani benvenuti (supplemento € 15,- a notte). Parcheggio privato all'ingresso della fattoria (maso).

Apartment 'Edelweiss'

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für maximal 6 Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Apartment Nucis

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Florerhof Ferienwohnung Lavendel

At Florerhof in the village of Völs am Schlern, you will find the charming holiday apartment "Lavendel" in a popular holiday destination at the foot of the Seiser Alm at an altitude of 880 m. From the village, you enjoy a magnificent view of the Schlern and the Santner peak. The lovingly furnished apartment features a well-equipped kitchen-living room with a cosy dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi.

Apartment 16 cityview

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Wunderschöne, komplett neu renovierte Wohnung im zweiten Stock mitten im Zentrum von Völs am Schlern. Liegt in der Nähe von Bozen, nur 13km, optimale Busverbindungen, und auch nicht unweit der Seiser Alm, der größten Hochalm Europas. Ein Wander- und Skifahrparadies In nur 6,7 km sind sie in Seis, wo Sie mit der Umlaufbahn direkt auf die Seiser Alm kommen. Ein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett (160 mal 200) das andere Zimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten.

Our new apartments are located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location surrounded by greenery, 900m from the village center of Siusi. The apartments are modern, very bright and spacious, furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpenflair. Each apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with garden.
