The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV. The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach and the beginning of the White Sands Walk. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer.
