My home is within walking distance to bus service and shopping. It is a short drive to the hospital, university, hiking trails, rivers, lakes. Some tourist attractions are a within a 2 km radius. Lake Cowichan is a 21 minute drive. Victoria is a 58 min drive. Nanaimo is a 41 min drive. There is clean drinking water straight from the taps. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. There is ample parking on the street and in my driveway. I also have storage space for bicycles if need be.

Plenty of hiking trails, beaches (try Sooke potholes) nearby. The resort is a few km from the nearest grocery stores and commercial areas of town.
