Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Cadboro Bay Hideaway

Very quiet location yet only a 5 minute walk to Cadboro Bay Village & beach. Around the corner from parks, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, pharmacy & more. 5 min drive to UVIC. Private bathroom with washer/dryer + outdoor space with parking (free). Well suited for 1 person. Induction cook top, toaster oven & full sized fridge. Amazing morning sun. Bed is comfortable as single but can be unstacked to be double wide if preferred. A light breakfast (oatmeal/cereal) is provided. Licence#: 28936

Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ.
