Tipica casa in stile toscano immersa nella quiete della campagna della Versilia. La casa si trova ai piedi del parco e della Villa le pianore, un tempo residenza estiva dei principi Borbone e a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge versiliesi. La casa e' composta da una grande cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con termo camino, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero. Dispone inoltre di due camere matrimoniali dove è possibile aggiungere ad ogni stanza un letto singolo. Ampio bagno dotato di vasca in stile impero. All'esterno potete godere di un ampio giardino privato e recintato, garage coperto per auto, giochi per bambini, e lavatrice. La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. Aereoporto piu' vicino: Pisa circa 35 km, stazione piu' vicina: Viareggio circa 10 km. distanza dal mare circa 5 km. All' outside you can enjoy a large private garden, garage for cars, toys for children, and washing machine.La house is located near Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio,Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. Airport more' near Pisa 35 km , train station more' near Viareggio 10 km, distance from the sea about 5 km. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, including about 500 m, /LA DOGANA /, excellent cuisine,splendid place.

Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La tana della volpe

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

An amazing place for dreamers, star gazers, hikers and nature lovers, who also want to profit of the sea and the beauty of our city of arts: Firenze, Pisa, Lucca. We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. Un luogo incantato per sognatori, amanti di natura e cieli stellati. Un paradiso per gli appassionati di camminate, che potranno raggiungere la Pania della Croce, o l'arco del Monte forato.

La Casa tra gli Ulivi

La nostra casa si trova tra Camaiore e il paese di Pedona, località Campiglioni. Il corpo centrale risale alla fine del '300 e nasce su un costone di pietra come stalla e alloggio. Ampliata e ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, al suo interno troviamo pavimenti di cotto dell'Impruneta, inferriate della famosa fonderia di Candalla, mattonelle di Vietri e travi antiche originarie di un antico palazzo Camaiorese. Non vi aspettate la perfezione, i suoi piccoli difetti la fanno essere unica.

Cima alle Selve

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Extremely cozy dependance of a 1400 villa on Lucca's hills, deep inside the tuscany countryside, with access to the private swimming pool and garden which includes a pretty tiny lake populated by fish. Graziosa dependance di un rustico del 1400, situato sulle colline lucchesi, immerso nel verde della campagna toscana, con accesso alla piscina privata della proprietà ed al parco che include un piccolo laghetto con pesci.

Situato nella parte alta del borgo, l’attico GIALLO ORO sovrasta tutti i tetti di Manarola con il suo terrazzo vista mare. Lontano dalla vita frenetica del centro e dal vociare della gente, qui potrai godere in piena pace e relax di un panorama da togliere il fiato (letteralmente!), gustandoti i colori di un paesaggio naturale unico nel suo genere, magari assieme ad un buon bicchiere di Sciacchetrà.

Borgometato - Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
