Casa Bollicine .be is een nieuwbouw appartement met tuin gelegen aan de rand van het Italiaanse bergdorp Valtournenche in Valle D’Aoste , dit maakt deel uit van Cervino Skiparadise. Casa Bollicine is rustig gelegen op de zuidflank op 1500 meter hoogte. Vanuit de tuin heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende bergen. Aan de woning starten verschillende wandelwegen over het weidelandschap en de bergflank. De skipiste bevindt zich in de winter op 80 meter en je kan tot aan de woning skiën.

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

It is a comfortable and generous studio of 37sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.
