Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Ferienhaus (70qm) liegt auf 1000 m mit Milchviehhaltung. Ruhige Einzellage. Komfortabel eingerichtet, große Terrasse, Grill, Infrarotsauna. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren in die Dolomiten, Ski/Wandergebiet Plose Brixen u. Bozen sind mit Bus/Bahn gut erreichbar. Die Lüsner Alm bietet tolle Ausflugsziele. Das Ferienhaus ist gut geeignet für Paare, Familie mit Kindern. Haustiere willkommen. Auf Wunsch werden Ihnen Frühstück, Brötchenservice, frische Eier und Milch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Hereinspaziert in unsere grüne Oase oberhalb von Vahrn. Hier befinden Sie sich inmitten von Weinreben und Wäldern. Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.
