Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung nähe Zürich

Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Kleines gemütliches Eckhaus

Offen, hell, gemütlich und ruhig. Mit Sitzplatz und kleinem Garten. Da ich nicht immer da bin, vermiete ich mein Zuhause zwischendurch. Du wirst also wohnen wie ich :-), es ist nicht ein "business apartment" dafür kommt es mit Lebens Charme daher und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich denke, es wird dir an nichts fehlen und sonst bitte danach fragen. Zu Fuss: 20 min an den schönen Greifensee für Spaziergänge, entlang dem Haus führts in die Natur, 15 m an den Bahnhof und 20 min (Zug) nach Zürich.

Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Ruhige Weitsicht

Diese Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, idyllisch gelegen (850 m ü. M.). Geniessen Sie unsere Weitsicht über dem Nebel. Ideal für Wanderungen im schönen Tösstal oder einfach entspannte Spaziergänge in der Umgebung. Zugang zur Wohnung mittels Treppe (kein Lift). Es ist ein über 300 Jahre altes Haus. Daher hat die Wohnung nur eine Deckenhöhe von ca. 190cm. Mit Bus oder Auto gut erreichbar.

Ideal for cuddling up in winter and super comfortable for chilling out or doing sports in summer. Autonomous and quiet. The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business.
