The old writers Cabin is set in our woodland garden in the hills just 10 minutes away from Lyme Regis. The cabin has been handcrafted from oak and douglas fir to create a luxury and romantic space for two. With a cosy log burner, king sized bed with feather and down bedding, outside bath tub and shower, complete with stunning views over the valley, it really is the perfect space to escape the world and re-set. Dorset Yurt offers a quiet and rural retreat yet within a couple miles of the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, which is on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. A country store selling local produce (including an off licence ), is a three minutes walk from location. Only one yurt on site with your own cabin equipped with a small kitchen/dining area (fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster and a kettle ) including a hot shower, and flushable toilet. Parking space (EV). No pets allowed.

A stylish and modern self contained cabin located on a quiet country lane in the side garden of our house “Campions” , yet still only a ten minute walk to the centre and the beaches of Lyme Regis. Lyme has numerous places to eat all within an easy walking distance following the river path along the Lym or via a more direct route straight to the high street. We have equipped the space with limited self catering equipment to enable guests to cook a hearty breakfast or simple one pan evening meal.

It is an easy walk down with sea views then an uphill walk back. Lyme is hilly with glorious vistas. It’s a good spot for walkers - near the coastal path plus near a footpath that takes you either inland into Uplyme’s country walks or via the picturesque River Lim for a meandering longer walk to Lyme.
