It sits in its own private spot as a perfect place to use as a launch pad for exploring the rest of the county, as a unique accommodation option if here for an event or work, or as its own blissful vacation spot to rest and recuperate. Whatever you're here for, make sure cream tea is on the menu. The cottage hosts up to four people and is pet friendly.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Built in 1844, the property was originally the blacksmiths for the village of Uplowman. The lovely garden has several seating areas by the stream that runs through it. Recently renovated, Waterside is light and airy with contemporary decor. The house has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and all the bedrooms have super king size beds. If you are a surfer it's 50 mins to the north coast and for shoppers it's 25 minutes down the M5 to the beautiful Cathedral city of Exeter.

This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.
