You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Haus Roswitha: Mountain view & infrared cabin

Haus Roswitha is located in picturesque Tumpen at the entrance to the Oetztal. Up to 5 guests stay on 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a garden, mountain views, an infrared cabin, and a ski room with boot dryer. The quiet setting makes it a relaxed base for families and active days in the mountains. In winter, Hochoetz, Kuehtai and Soelden are easy to reach; in summer you can swim, hike, mountain bike, raft or go canyoning. Innsbruck is also ideal for a day trip with culture, shopping and great food.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2018 errichteten Haus im Zentrum der beschaulichen Ötztaler Gemeinde Längenfeld. Die Umgebung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und sonnig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1.
