Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

A quiet place among fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps

Do you have a dream of waking up to the sound of seagulls and fishingboats? And maybe catch a glimpse of an eagle on your way to take a morningswim in the fresh fjord? The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Huset har en romslig hage med trampoline, fire soverom og en stor kjellerstue som ved behov kan benyttes som ekstra soverom. Boligen er familiens hjem og leies kun ut i ferier. Det betyr at du vil finne personlige eiendeler i huset, men alt er tilrettelagt for et komfortabelt opphold.
