Your 2 room place is independent at one end of my home. It is in a peaceful culdesac only mins from beautiful Kirra and Coolangatta beaches. A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

Safe clean spacious private well equipped suite with its own entrance will suit singles travelling alone and mature couples. Not a shared area. 15 min drive to the airport 2 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to Palm Beach CBD Excellent public transport system outside our gate. Queen bed kitchenette couch/tv area. The bathroom it is not an en-suite it's a private bathroom for your use only accessed by a breezeway in the garage area. See all photos to avoid disappointment.
