This unit has a queen bed, full bath, sofa type seating area, table and two chairs for meals, mini kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. There is a separate entrance outside and a locked entrance inside. The unit is accessed from the back yard and has a small deck directly outside the door. There is a gate right next to the detached garage to enter.

While the space is connected to my main house, it is separate enough that it feels like it's own apartment. There is a locking slatted door in between the space and my main house. Once inside your private entrance there is one adjoining locked door to the main house. The door stays locked from both sides during your stay. We have taken steps to soundproof.
