The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a miniature donkey, a sheep and chickens. No Pets allowed.
