Enjoy panoramic views of the Straits of Messina and the Aeolian Islands. Our location guarantees peace and tranquility, yet we are only 1km from the town of San Nicolò, with all the necessary services (post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, market etc). Ideal for families and couples who love nature, tranquility and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

The studios are furnished in a simple and essential way with a terrace and a breathtaking sea view overlooking the crystal clear sea. There is one room with double bed and kitchenette and a separate bathroom with shower. All studios have fantastic sea views.

Monolocale "Iris" fa parte di "Villa Margherita", che comprende altri 3 appartamenti. La sua particolarita' è il balcone con vista mare. Lo definisco grazioso e raffinato. In dotazione troverete stoviglie, pentole, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Si trova nel punto piu' bello della Costa degli Dei, vicino alla bellissima Tropea a cui è stato assegnato il titolo Borgo dei Borghi (Anno 2021).

Siamo pronti per gli ospiti! Ventite a rilassarvi e ricaricare le energie in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza! Non Vi spaventate per l'assenza degli feedback. È la seconda pubblicazione del appartamento dopo un restyle. Sono Lidia - la host Airbnb da tanti anni oramai - l'Amministratrice di questo complesso residenziale e quindi chiamata a risolvere ogni difficolta potesse capitare.

CITY TAX INCLUDED. Il nostro appartamento a Tropea si trova in una posizione privilegiata, alla fine del Corso, al centro esatto della cittadina, possiede la vista sul famoso affaccio della Villetta. E' una casa molto fresca d'estate, di antica concezione, strutturata " in cerchio" , con poche porte e tanta luce.
