A few minutes walk to College Cove and Trinidad State parks to the south as well as a "secret" beach located at Martin Creek trail just to the north. Close to town.

Let the tension from the road melt away in our hot tub and spa like rain shower, then relax on our comfortable California King beds. Located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in the hills above Arcata, near extensive redwood hiking trails. Unwind in our sheltered outdoor living room, with a fire pit by the pond. **Please keep voices low out of consideration for the neighbors.**

Set on a serene and completely private parcel, this unique property offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and access to the Mad River frontage beach, as well as a private duck-stocked pond and local creek. Take a romantic stroll through the immaculately preserved grounds, and enjoy a sunset bonfire on the string lit terrace overlooking the ocean. Unforgettable!

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Pilot Rock Cottage

This little cottage has a view of the ocean, is private and in a quiet neighborhood, and is great home base for exploring the local area, or just enjoying reading by the fire. The house has all that you need for a relaxing get away. We lived in this home for several years and therefore it has all that you need such as a full kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, etc. We now provide WiFi. We also take COVID-19 seriously and ask that you observe all recommended precautions.

Rock Rose Cottage, Cozy & Peaceful

THE HOUSE The cottage sits in a peaceful residential neighbor hood a stones throw from the cliffs of moonstone beach, perfect for those seeking a still, quiet location that is just minutes from the beach including a vigorous hike down from the cottage to the ocean along a public road. A highly intentional space, created to accommodate restoration on a cellular level. Foraged antiques and modern amenities make the Rock Rose Cottage feel both cozy and restoring.

Charming home near Redwood Community Forest

Nestled near redwoods, community forest trails and the HSU campus, this charming home is a quiet sanctuary with everything you need for a long weekend or extended stay. A second driveway has room for an RV and boat, plus the garage has room for one more vehicle. Located above the town, it's an easy drive to all the conveniences and charm of Arcata. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room frame a forest and rhododendron "still life canvas."

Popeye's Cottage in the Redwoods

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This cozy cottage is nestled on four and a half acres of beautiful second growth redwoods just outside the town of Trinidad. It is a small and simple cottage with three beds and all the necessities needed to cook. The cottage's main heat source is a gas fireplace. WIFI service is available, there is no tv/entertainment center, so bring your laptop if you want to.

Redwood Grove Cottage

Charming, affordable house all to yourself set in a small redwood grove. Nearest neighbor 200ft away through forest. 15 min walk to Trinidad on a country lane. Queen bed in master, comfortable twin bunk beds in tiny second bedroom (adults ok in bunks if less than ~180lb). Bonus playroom/office. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Level 2 electric car charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). Well behaved pets ok.

Relax on our lawn chairs and breathe fresh air as sea lions bark and waves crash on the rocks below. Whale watch from the picnic table or soak in the hot tub while taking in the amazing view. Trinidad Bluff House - panoramic, whitewater view

Secluded bluff-top house on a private lane has ocean views up and down the coast. The cottage is perfect for a quiet retreat or a family vacation.
