Dans un ancien corps de ferme rénové , vous trouverez ce joli petit studio complètement privatif et neuf , une chambre équipée TV et internet (fibre) , un coin cuisine , une douche, wc séparé, lavabo et placard ,linge de lit et serviettes fournis, une grande cour intérieure disposant d'une table et chaises ,une machine à café avec le café offert pour votre confort dans un esprit convivial. Parking facile et gratuit dans la rue, situé à 3 km de la centrale de Cattenom et 14 km du Luxembourg.

Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Da, wo sich Natur und Erholung aktiv begegnen. Unser „Happy Nest“ liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke Trier-Koblenz, ca. 20 km von Trier, im Erholungsgebiet Meulenwald / Moseltal. Luxemburg ist in wenigen Minuten per PKW zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre starten Rad- Wanderwege. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele weitere Freizeit, Kultur- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Das im Garten gelegene, neu renovierte Gästehaus, mit Terrasse und separatem Haus-Eingang, ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.

Meine Unterkunft ist mitten in der Natur am Ortsrand von Kersch und doch nur 15 Automin. vom Stadtzentrum Trier, 30 Min. vom Flughafen Luxemburg. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit des alten Gutshofes, hoher Räume, Natur, Ausblick über ausgedehnte Felder, ruhige Lage, Entspannung. Großer Garten hinter dem Haus. 50 m weiter Kinderspielplatz am Dorfbrunnen. .

Wir vermieten ein freistehendes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus (100 m²), das 2021/22 komplett renoviert wurde. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und ist ideal für Familien, Wanderer und alle die Natur, Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Nur 3 km entfernt liegt der Golfplatz Lietzenhof mit seiner 18-Loch-Anlage inmitten wunderschöner Natur.
