The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.

Take a relaxing nap in our beach hammock or sit in one of our comfortable beach chairs with your toes in the sand and drink of choice in your hand. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.
