The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

The Retreat Cabin @ Heather Hill Cabins are located in Jasper, AR just 2 miles from Pruitt's landing on the Buffalo River. The cabins are nestled in the woods on 20 acres. Guests can enjoy tons of outdoor activities in the area from canoeing the beautiful Buffalo River, 1000 miles of hiking trails, the Little Grand Canyon, mystic caverns, waterfalls galore, cliff jumping in the Buffalo (if your crazy) and the historic Jasper. Located within an hour's drive is Branson, MO and Eureka Springs, AR.

Pruitt Mountaintop Cabin Rental is centrally located between the Buffalo River (Pruitt landing off HWY 7) and the Little Buffalo River (1/2 mile to each) and within 5 minutes to Jasper Arkansas. Float, fish, or swim the Buffalo River and be within minutes of your cabin. Our cabin connects to the Buffalo National Forest which offers some of the best hunting and hiking around. Branson Missouri is 45 minutes away with many things to see and do like Silver Dollar City, Shows, and many lakes.

The Wee Nook is a cottage tucked away in a peaceful, lovely location near a national park. Use it as a base for hiking nearby trails, or floating The Buffalo River (just 3 miles from Carver's Landing!) There are Highland cows that live in the pasture surrounding the home, that you're welcome to interact with. There's also plenty of wildlife on the property, with a wet-weather creek that flows from approximately December to April. Come relax in the gorgeous Ozarks!

The Cabin is just off the highway with three quarter mile of gravel / dirt road. Please note, dirt road with gravel, hills, and curves. Close to the Buffalo National River. Excellent opportunities for canoeing, fishing, hiking, bicycling, motorcycling, and wildlife observation. Or relaxing in Mother Nature's backyard.
