Sitting on the picturesque River Dart, Totnes has a thriving community, full of boutique & independent shops, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and markets all within walking distance.

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Terraced house in Bridgetown, Totnes

Beautiful terraced house in the heart of quirky Totnes. There is a wood burner in the living room and an aga in the kitchen. Makes for a toasty stay in winter. The house has no outdoor space but literally a two minute walk away is the beautiful Vire Island park which is surrounded by the River Dart. Perfect for lounging around on sunny days when you want to enjoy the buzz and atmosphere of Totnes. My brother and his wife live in the Annexe at the back of the property, in the back yard.

Colebrook Cottages

Welcome to No. 3 Colebrook Cottage and cabin, nestled close to the centre of the unique market town of Totnes. Within ten minutes walk of the local train station, or two minutes walk from local bus routes, no 3. is perfectly situated for convenient access to the town, countryside and the coast. Parking is available within 4 mins walk from the house. A short stroll from the house will take you to the river Dart, where you can enjoy picnics, wild swimming and water based activities.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Unwind at this Devonshire farmhouse, surrounded by the moors. Take an early morning stroll, then head back for a morning coffee to enjoy the elevated views of Dartmoor. Although secluded with a feeling of remoteness, the picturesque village of Widecombe, with its well-known pub is only a five-minute drive away . The listed farmhouse dates back to 1750 and has been lovingly restored in a charming contemporary-chic style, providing a cosy and comfortable interior.
