A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. Located in beautiful Tootgarook on the Mornington Peninsula. The Bungalow is separate from the main house and is located on the front of the property allowing privacy. There is a queen bed and a sofa bed, all in the one room. It is an older style beach shack but cosy and in a great location. More suitable for 2 guests, but can accommodate 4. There is a bathroom and a small kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster. A parking space is available on property.
