Open space appena rinnovato, con giardino, adatto per un soggiorno rilassante. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto per due persone; cucina completamente attrezzata. Il bagno finestrato dispone di doccia, bidet, biancheria e saponi. Il soggiorno è dotato di Smart TV e WiFi. Aria condizionata e zanzariere. Parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa, fermata autobus a 30 mt, vicinissimi anche supermercati ed altri negozi. In 5 minuti si arriva in centro o all'ospedale di Cisanello.

Possibilita' di mangiare all'aperto in 2 diverse posizioni nel giardino privato. Posizione comoda per villeggiatura di mare, trekking e turismo in Toscana.

Si affaccia su un portico con piante e poltroncine. Percorrendo il vialetto di accesso comune, si trovano 3 gradini e si accede al portico, dove si entra nel monolocale. Il parcheggio è gratuito in strada, a 50 mt in una strada chiusa.

La zona giorno è composta da sala doppia, cucina abitabile, cucinotto e un affascinante giardino d'inverno. La disponibilità del posto auto consente di essere in centro senza avere problemi di sosta.
