Belle terrasse avec jacuzzi privatif et barbecue. Place de parking privative devant la terrasse.

Loue appartement Duplex 42m2 à Thollon-les-Mémises (Haute-Savoie) (Résidence Le Grand Roc), avec agréable balcon aménagé, vue sur la montagne, le massif des Mémises, le Lac Léman et la Suisse, très calme. Une piscine chauffée est à disposition durant la période d’été. Le logement offre une capacité maximale de 6 personnes. Locations à la semaine principalement mais séjour plus court possible sur demande. Non agréés chèques vacances. Le linge de maison n’est pas fourni.

The luxury apartment with panoramic views on Lake Geneva, is situated in Thollon les Memises (950 m). Just 10 minutes by car from the lake and 2 minutes from the ski resort. The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a chalet. There are no direct neighbors to either the front or the backside, so there is an unobstructed view and privacy. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a baby. Shops (fromagerie, small supermarket) are on walking distance.
