The is a pet fee of 20 dollars per visit. Off street parking for one car. Nice quite part of the Heights.

It is also easier to get downtown and beat the Katy traffic- you drive down one quick road and you are on I-10. You’ll love my place because of the spacious living room and bedrooms and kitchen- good for large families and friend groups. The neighborhood is also relaxed and secure.
