Ručno izrađen nameštaj, kožni kauč, luksuzna hidromasažna kada, Sonos sa 10 zvučnika, svetla koja menjaju boju, dva ognjišta, staze od mahovine pored potoka, cvetne gredice na polovini imanja koje cvetaju tri sezone godišnje i privatna staza od 1,6 km koja se penje pored klupe kod svakog vodopada.
