Canopy on summerhouse with a patio heater, should the weather be a little chilly ! Picnic bench on patio, guests are able to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Toilet and shower short walk to the house. WIFI available in shed. Note the shed has an electricity £1 /£2 coin meter, Please ensure you bring, change with you.

Based on our smallholding in the village of Chilsworthy an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lots of lovely walks. There is also our local pub The White Hart. We are just over the river Tamar on the boarder between Devon and Cornwall. Half an hour from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions on Plymouth Hoe, and Plymouth sound. Tavistock is fifteen minutes away a lovely old market town. Cotehele is owned by the national trust and is about ten minutes away beautiful gardens.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others may be staying in campervans and tents. Max five pitches. A this is a simple camping cabin. The ethos of the build was, “camping without the tent”. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower. Flushing toilets. Water.

The Shepherds Hut, Tritchmarsh Farm

Tritchmarsh Farm is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, only a few miles inland from the Jurassic Coast. Our Shepherd style hut is located in its own field under some oak trees. it has a small fence around it so that the horses in the field don't disturb you. if it is peace and quite you require then this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE. MARCH 2023 we have had quite a lot of rain. within the fence it is fine, but you will need boots to get across the field to the hut.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Living area with bench seats around table. Kitchenette equipped with all cooking equipment. Outside sink, Fire Pit and BBQ with outside seating. No toilet or running water in hut but showers and WCs available at the pool close by. Indoor heated swimming pool and play area, games room with wifi available.
