The town beach is sandy with sunrises and the estuary back beach has distant views of Dartmoor and amazing sunsets. The town has a variety of pubs and eateries with live music at the weekend.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the heart of the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, stroll on the beach or to the local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has parking x1, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom/lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.
