A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. All Seasons holiday home

this hidden paradise is located in town but... a spacious lawn and a beautiful creek gives an outdoorsy feel to the property. The Tumut river which is only walking distance away is great for fishing, but if your not into fishing you could enjoy a lovely walk along the river. Another bonus of this property is that being located in town means most shops are just a walk away. So with all the benefits it's hard to resist this getaway.
