Villa Madonna è una proprietà costruita a fine ottocento. Il suo nome deriva dall’affresco che vedrete sopra la porta di ingresso di casa. Qui sarete immersi nella natura, circondati dalla pace. Potrete ascoltare il suono delle cicale o degli uccelli, osservare il sole che spunta da dietro al monte all’alba o rilassarvi a guardare le stelle. Non sentirete voci di vicini di casa, rumore di auto, potrete godere del relax della campagna, restando vicini al mare e a dei meravigliosi trekking.

La casa é affacciata nel golfo del Tigullio dove gode di una eccezionale vista mare ,nella quite delle colline Liguri, pur essendo a pochi passi dal mare. ha il Garage dove parte l'ascensore che raggiunge il primo piano dove si trova la cucina, salone, tinello, terrazza , jacuzzi, BBQ,bagno di disimpegno,e il secondo piano con tre camere da letto e i loro bagni privati, più camera in mansarda con bagno.

Si accede all'appartamento con una piccola scalinata in pietra, è al piano terra, ha ingresso indipendente ed è composto da: soggiorno con zona cottura, una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta con due letti singoli e un bagno con doccia. L'alloggio dispone di terrazza privata con vista ed attrezzata con barbecue, tavolo e sedie. Di comodo accesso la piscina ed il parcheggio per auto.
