This is the newly remodel studio has its private entrance from the back of the main house. The entire electrical and plumbing systems were replaced and updated to assure our guests safety and clean water usage. There is also a separate temperature control heat/ac for this Studio unit that would guarantee our guests’ comfort during the stay. King size bed, with Medium Firm mattress. Sofa bed could turn into queen bed. A full functional kitchen that is very clean and has all new stainless steel appliances. Bathroom is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures such as Grohe and Toto that you would only encounter in a luxury hotel. Basic soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent are provided as well.

You have your own private, lower ground level suite with a separate entrance using a secure key pad. A very spacious 1,000 sq.ft. which includes 2 bedrooms that are at opposite sides of the suite, 1 bath, family room, dining area and separate kitchenette.

It is a 5 minute drive to the University of Puget Sound, and 10 minute drive to UWT and the Ruston waterfront. It has a large kitchen and washer and dryer. The main room boasts a queen bed, sofa, smart TV, dining area, walk-in closet and a full bathroom. This apartment has all the comforts of home you need so you can have a relaxing visit to Tacoma.

Our English-style suite, upstairs over our detached garage, seems a world away. Pure cotton linens, down comforter, good lighting, cosy chairs, and tasteful decor make this an ideal place for retreat or business trip. Microwave, refer, coffee maker. Private bathroom with shower, no bathtub. The stairs to this room are quite steep and narrow. If you are at all challenged by stairs we would suggest you consider our other room, the Cabin Retreat, on the ground floor.

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Mrs Jensen's Bakery Suite was once a neighborhood bakery in the 1920s. It has been renovated into a cozy and adorable 1920's style cottage suite with a bright, airy parlor, quaint kitchenette, private bathroom, and its own front patio with bistro table and flower boxes. It even has a roof top deck! Your stay includes great coffee, tea, welcome pastries, filtered water, cozy robes and slippers, fluffy Turkish towels, soaps and toiletries.
