Dobro došli u našu prelepu romantičnu kuću sa bujnom ograđenom baštom i pogledom na more! Ova privatna kuća od 160 kvadratnih metara nalazi se u području Gröndal, na pješačkoj udaljenosti od modernog Södermalma i u blizini centra grada. Kuća ima tri velike spavaće sobe, sve sa pogledom na more; jedna glavna spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, balkon i privatno kupatilo. Ostale dve spavaće sobe imaju po jedan i po dva kreveta. Tu je velika kuhinja sa svim sadržajima i sunčana trpezarija, dve dnevne sobe sa udobnim kaučima, jedna sa velikim ekranom, DVD i Apple TV. U kući se nalazi još jedno kupatilo opremljeno romantičnom kadom. Kuća ima privatno parking mesto i besplatan Wi-Fi. U bašti se nalazi nekoliko prostora za sedenje za ručavanje i opuštanje. Ako je vruć letnji dan, a vi brinete o plivanju, veliko jezero Mälaren je udaljeno samo 200 m. Malo jezero Trekanten sa lepom plažom za decu je takođe veoma blizu. Područje Gröndal ima fantastične parkove, kafiće i zelene površine za piknik i aktivnosti na otvorenom. Gröndal ima prodavnice, restorane i sve što vam je potrebno. Uprkos podešavanjima, centar grada je udaljen samo 15-20 minuta sa tramvajem i metroom. Javni prevoz vozi svakih 5 minuta na radno vreme i svakih 10 minuta uveče. Tokom boravka imaćete pristup celoj kući, osim podruma. I sami ćete imati baštu. Kuća je smeštena u zelenilu i vodi, ali Grndal je udaljen samo kratkom vožnjom tramvajem od centra grada. U ovom području se nalaze odlični parkovi, kafići i zelene površine za piknike i aktivnosti na otvorenom, a tu je i popularna pekara udaljena nekoliko minuta hoda. Pet minuta hoda do tramvaja i autobusa. 10 minuta od kuće do tržnog centra Liljeholmen, 20 minuta do centra Stokholma. Možete i da iznajmite bicikle u okolini.

Prostrana kuća sa visokim standardima i prelepim arhitektonskim detaljima. Dva glavna sprata koja se sastoje od ulaznih hodnika, dnevnih soba, velike kuhinje, biblioteke i više spavaćih soba sa kupatilima. Kuća je idealna za jednu ili dvije porodice. Velika prelepa, dobro održavana bašta sa voćkama, bobicama i začinskim biljem. Nekoliko prostora za sedenje i opuštanje i velika trampolina za decu. Dva glavna sprata kuće plus tavan i podrum gde je vešernica. Bićemo dostupni putem telefona i putem aplikacije Airbnb. Vila se nalazi u Stoksundu, prelepom, mirnom delu grada samo nekoliko minuta od centra Stokholma. Okružen je vodom i prirodom; malim plivačkim jezerima, terenima za golf, stazama za trčanje i šumama. Trgovački centar Skandinavije je u blizini. Kuća je udaljena 25 minuta vožnje od aerodroma Stokholm Arlanda. Voz ili podzemnu železnicu možete lako da uhvatite u grad, a oboje se nalaze na manje od 10 minuta hoda od naše kuće. Metro će vas odvesti do centra grada za 15 minuta. Od kuće možete da prošetate do mora na plivanje ili da obiđete bicikl u okruženju. U kući je alarmni sistem za vašu zaštitu koji će morati da se upravlja dolaskom i izlaskom iz kuće.
