Come enjoy our slice of heaven, the Coastal Carolina Cottage. This chic space offers an updated, open living area which is perfect for gathering. Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Romantic Waterfront Escape with hottub and kayak

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.
