Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Our place is less than an hour from several beaches, State, County Parks and hiking. This space is perfect for two ! Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Filtered Water 40 inch smart tv. NO PETS FOR ANY REASON. Allergy sensitive. We have another unit to host pets.

“Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
