Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Suite opens up to our backyard that includes a tennis court/pickleball court and green space. We are located 4 min from the Fraser River on a quiet, residential street. Close to hiking trails, Seven Oaks Mall and Lepp Farm Market with local fresh produce. 15 minute drive to Abbotsford Airport and West Coast Express!

Peaceful two bedroom with hot tub forest suite

Two bedroom suite, situated at the end of a quiet residential road with easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. The nearest waterfall is 100 steps from the property. A perfect place to rest and unwind and explore nature in all its beauty. Shopping and restaurants are from 5 mins away by car. It has a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and outdoor seating, fire pit, bbq & hot tub. Bedrooms can both be twins or kings or a combination for flexibility, please request when booking.

Country Guesthouse

A quiet, tidy little craftsman home 20 miles from the Mt. Baker National Forest and 40 miles from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. The Middle Fork of the Nooksack and it's wildlife is a short walk to the north. We have a strict cancellation policy but we are really pretty accommodating. If you cancel within 30 days of your stay we will bank those lost funds for future use at any available time in the future. A final note: we require that you be vaccinated and boosted. Hope you understand.

As a special perk, guests have access to our wood-fired sauna on the property, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoy a slow, peaceful evening.

The Tiny

Enjoy this beautiful setting situated between the charming city of Bellingham and the world class Mt. Baker Ski Area. You'll be staying in our brand new tiny house with views of the eagle sanctuary and within walking distance to the North Fork Eagle preserve, including trails to the Nooksack River. We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to our family-friendly neighbourhood! This ground level suite has two separate entrances with keyless entry. There is a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a queen bed plus a second bedroom currently set up as an office. There is also in-suite laundry. You also have access to the patio for your use. Wifi, basic cable, and chromecast are provided. Please note, we do have children upstairs that make noise.

Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service.

Entire Studio Suite - Cozy and Private

Our cozy and comfortable studio suite is good for business trips, travellers, short term students, or couples trying to get away. The space is updated and offers a TV and fully equipped kitchen. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.

Mountain View Getaway

Get comfortable and enjoy the awesome mountain and prairie views in this bright and spacious 1 bedroom suite. Basement suite on the lower level of our home. Access is down a flight of stairs to the private entrance. Full sized kitchen, equipped with all the basic necessities. In suite laundry. Private outdoor space.
