Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Follow us as we continue to improve the apartment and add new photos! Please note I did not raise fees. Airbnb adjusted my prices to include their 15% service fee.

Countryside feeling close to the city

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Traditional Country House in the City

This accomodation is in a classified nineteenth-century Swedish country house very close to the city and the subway. Cosy and romantic old fashioned appartment in traditional area just outside the port of Stockholm that has an ambiance of a small town. Private upper floor with two beds twelve minutes with subway from Stockholm Central station. Perfect for a single person, a couple with a small baby. Like being on the country side, but on the same time in the middle of the city.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Parkera bilen gratis på gatan och promenera till centrum på 5 minuter. Inom samma avstånd har ni också tillgång till den lilla stadens hamn med några restauranger att välja mellan. Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena. Upplev en grön oas i stadsmiljö!

Tillgång till trädgårdsmöbler. 7 min promenad från stationen och centrum. 85 km från Stockholm dit du enklast åker tåg på 48 min med Mälartåg. Ett boende som passar för övernattning och enklare matlagning.

Our studio is the perfect stay to explore busy Stockholm and still get a calm genuine local feeling close to lakes, parks, forest and beautiful surroundings.

Gavlellägenheten ligger väldigt centralt i Sigtuna Stad. Ni har gångavstånd till hela Sigtunas Stadskärna och hela stadens kultur och restauranger. Mariakyrkan ser man från sitt fönster. Ni har ca 100 m till buss både mot Stockholm och Uppsala. Även gångavstånd till bl a Gym och Padelhall. Utanför sin entré har man tillgång till altan och parkering.
