We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

The apartment has a combined living room with a large sofa and TV, a dining area, a seperate bedroom with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchen containing an oven, microwave, frdige/ freezer and various cooking utensils. There is floor heating in the kitchen and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a small balcony. The apartment is in the first floor (2nd floor in Norwegian terms).

Enjoy nearby Godalen beach and scenic hiking trails. A playground and supermarket are only 100 meters away for your convenience. Free parking is available right outside the house. Maria’s hus

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Super Central, Quiet and Cozy Travelers Loft

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊

Velutstyrt leilighet i sentrum av Stavanger. Fra leiligheten har man veldig kort vei til de mest populære spisesteder, busstasjon, togstasjon båthavn og utelivet. Det er tilgang til terrasse, men denne er felles med 2 andre beboere i huset. Det blir derfor viktig å vise hensyn ved bruk av denne. Det er ikke egen gratis parkering til leiligheten, men appen "EasyPark" kan lastes ned og man kan enkelt betale for parkering hvor som helst i Stavanger.
