Walnut Grove Cabin

A newly built "tiny cabin" on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest. Designed for those who want to sample a simpler life. Hike in our woods, ride bicycles, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire and star gazing, or relax on the porch or in a hammock. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your cabin experience, including a cooking supplies, linens, bath house and composting toilet. The cabin was originally built to be off-the grid, but now has electric, heat, ac, and a wood stove!

We are located in a quiet neighborhood only 15 minutes from Springfield international airport, 20 minutes from Stockton Lake for fishing boating and recreational beaches also 30 minutes from world-renowned Bass Pro Shops. You can get to Branson Missouri in 45-65 minutes take in the show or cruise Branson Belle or visit Silver Dollar City. then come back to your quaint cottage and relax and rest for the rest of the evening. Wolf Cub Cabin with Private Hot Tub!

The Wolf Cub is one of three cabins located near Pomme de Terre Lake. Reserve this one bedroom cabin for romantic getaway or all three for a group or family gathering. This Cabin has a beautiful fireplace inside and hot tub located in the gazebo off the back deck. Enjoy the hammock and fire pit in the back as well. This cabin is located with in walking distance to the lake where you can put your boat in, swim or fish. Sleeps up to four, full kitchen towels and gas/charcoal grill.

Our wonderful home features vintage interiors. It has no extra cleaning fees for up to two people. The home can accommodate 7 people. One and a half bathrooms. Located in the heart of the Historic Rountree neighborhood on a quiet tree-lined street. The house is 1,380 S.F. and 1 block from the MSU campus (JQH Arena), close to downtown, Cardinals Field, Pickwick/Cherry Street restaurant area. Garage access for parking your compact vehicle. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY.
